The owners were very easy to work with, and quick to respond with any questions. The condo had a keypad entry, which made it easy for everyone to get in without a key. The beds were comfy, although we used our own pillows. There was a TV in every room, plus in the family room, and they had DVDs, books and games available for our use. We had 7 people staying there (4 adults and 3 children) and it never felt crowded. The owner supplied laundry and dishwasher detergent, but only one roll of TP per bathroom, so be sure to bring your own! The pictures on the website were very representative of the actual condo. I thought the price was reasonable. All in all, it was a great stay and I would recommend this condo. As Described - Maybe Better! The pool was spectacular and only a 1 minute walk from the condo! Everything was well organized and clean. Having 3 bedrooms with small kids is critical - they went to sleep at 8PM after an exhausting day and we didnt have to tiptoe around. Shopping was only a few minutes away and there were several restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed the Black Angus Steakhouse which we ate at several times. If you are staying off the Disney property, this is a great place to stay (and save loads of money to boot...) Our friends with small kids who stayed at an expensive Disney hotel were kicking themselves because no one slept. We did! This condo is highly recommended. Spectacular Condo! The condo is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and everything was described and more. Our kids aged 15 mos and 3 had a great time in the pool. Baby gear including the pack and play and high chair was perfect for our little one. Grandparents had their own room as well and there was plenty of space for everyone. It's location was 10 minutes to Disney so incredibly convenient. Being right off a main road (but not that close) meant plenty of restaurants and gift shops in the area. Also located nearby was a Super Target which we frequented for food/toiletries. Felt very safe with the gated community as well. Jan was very good at arranging everything and sending us all the necessary info before our trip. Excellent condo/experience, we will definitely make a return trip in the future! Thanks Jan and Dave! Every little thing you could possibly need was there. Even hair dryers! Which I liked better than mine at home. I slept more comfortably here than in my own bed. The Condo was immaculate. The kids loved having a TV in every room. They were at the pool every night. Disney was right down the road, 10 minutes tops. I so very highly recommend this rental. You'll love it as much as we did. The most wonderful condo we have EVER stayed in, and we've been travelling around the States for over 20 years. Every conceivable item you may need in a kitchen was supplied, and it was decorated throughout in superb colour schemes, very classy. The photos really don't do it justice. We didn't have babies in tow but loved how they included stroller, cot etc. All new. Lovely cosy towels and lots of them, and plenty of hangers too which some condos we've stayed in only had a small hotch-potch of shapes and sizes. These are the small things you don't see on photos but which make a good condo. WH is the only resort that didn't have any negative reports, and I trawled through hundreds of sites. The condo and grounds are SO well looked after. I particularly liked the security aspect of WH, getting past those guards without your car pass was a 'no no'. We loved the pool and surrounding areas, so quite and tranquil. When we return in 2009 I won't waste my time trawling the sites, I'll just book this one again. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly beforehand with my detailed questions, it was like chatting to a friend.

My family and I just returned from this unit after a week's stay! It was so conveniently located to everything; parks, shopping, grocery, airport, etc. There was much helpful information in the unit for us. The pool and amenities were just right for our 7 year old twins! The unit was very quiet and close to the pool, a big plus for us!

We are a family of 6 and found this property to be wonderful for our needs. It was comfortable, well furnished, and in a convenient location. We spent the week going to the Disney parks. After the parks, the condo was a welcome retreat where we could all spread out to our own space, have peace and quiet, & enjoy the pool area and the other resort amenities. Compared to staying in a hotel or Disney property, this is a much better value. Having a kitchen is a must. It allowed us to eat healthier and save money. We would stay here again but next time we are bringing binoculars to look for the alligators in the pond and to observe the cranes that we nesting in the area.

Our stay at your Fantasia Condo at Windsor Hills was wonderful. The condo was beautiful and just as described on your site, it had everything that we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and the 2 bath rooms instead of one was wonderful for getting out the door in the mornings. We were surprised to find that you had supplied laundry soap and dishwasher soap. We stayed for a week and saved a bundle of money by eating at the condo instead of eating out for every meal. We did have some delicious meals at a few of the many resturants nearby. the elevator took us up to our room and carrying groceries and other things to and from our room was not a problem. It was quiet I never heard anyone else from inside our condo. I especially liked the security gated environment. We had a great time in Disney, and will certainly stay with you when we return to this area for vacation.

We were absolutely thrilled with the condo and the accommodations provided! Everything was top of the line, from towels and sheets to electronics. In addition, the route from the condo to the Disney parks is so fast and easy. When we return to Disney, we will definitely want to book the condo again and would highly recommend it to others.
The owners were extremely helpful and prompt in answering all of our questions and providing the assistance we needed as we booked our trip.

Our family of six stayed two weeks and had a fantastic time. Windsor Hills is so close to the Disney parks, you can easily leave for just a couple of hours, then head back when crowds thin out. Universal was further, of course, but still not that difficult a drive except in the afternoon rush hour.

Te condo was great, everything you'd need for a trip away. With four children, the four TVs came in very handy during downtime.

We didn't use many of the Windsor Hills facilities, unfortunately the pool was closed for emergencies a couple of times we were looking for a quick dip. The kids all loved the water slide!

We'd definitely recommend this property and would return if we ever make the trip back to Orlando.

We had a wonrderful time in Florida while staying in this fantastic condo. The furniture is new and the beds were very comfortable. There is so much space in this condo and the resort is wonderful. I stayed the second week of April and the pool was never over crowded. I would recommend this condo for any family (up to eight total). This condo is on the thr third floor but there was no inconvience at all, the elevators are right there. My family loved this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our family of 6 stayed at this wonderful condo in March 2007. The owners have taken great care to insure that every convenience has been provided and there were many pleasant surpises like finding massage hand showers, games, books and even a big crock pot. The condo is beautifully decorated, very roomy, super clean and very near the amenities which are fantastic. Our kids didn't want to leave to go to the parks! We spent a few days at Disney and it was so great to come back to our "home away from home" and relax with the kids at the pool. My husband spent some quality time at the putting green just around the corner from the condo and my teenagers loved the lighted basketball court. I loved the big washer and dryer and we actually came home with clean clothes in our suitcases! This condo is fantastic as is Windsor Hills and we can't wait to return.

We've visited Orlando four or five times, staying both inside and outside Disney. Windsor Hills is a good choice for lodging outside, but very near to, Disney.
The unit is comfortable, tastefully decorated, well supplied and very clean. It's close enough for a flip-flop walk to the pool and clubhouse and also to the recreational area (basketball, putting green, 2 lighted tennis courts). We've done the Disney parks before, and only went once to Downtown Disney for lunch (5-10 minute drive in light traffic).
We did visit Cypress Gardens - about a 40 minute drive. It's not Disney, but it's as good as Sea World, and less costly.
There is a wide variety of restaurants within a few minutes drive.
We spent some quality time going nowhere - just relaxing by the pool or reading on the lanai.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great, close to all of the theme parks. The unit was clean, spacious, and full of everything that you would need in a short or long term rental. The pool area was large, and the slide would have been great if our kids would have been tall enough or if I would have been able to ride with them. (It was my fault for not checking on the height restriction, as I was hyping up the water slide to them in the weeks before our stay. They bought my story that they might be tall enough next time.)
The fitness room was perfect for an occasional work-out.
All of the rooms have DVD/TV's in them, and there is a stock of children's games, perfect for a family get-away.
The two coffee makers were a hit with our mixed de-caf/caffeinated household.
The High speed internet unfortunately kept me connected to the office as well.
I would definitely recommend this property to others going to Orlando. We will be looking to book here on our next trip to the area.

This is a wonderful, clean condo and an exceptional value. It is convenient to terrific amenities... pool, game room with billiards, nice exercise center, movie theatre and more. We stayed with our 3 kids (grades 6-10)... everyone was happy. We enjoyed hanging out there and also the close proximity to Disney. We are recommending this condo to our friends and family!
